QC Centre Executive

Responsible for conducting detailed quality inspections of gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery products to ensure compliance with company quality standards. Key responsibilities include verifying product weight, purity-related documentation, BIS hallmark details where applicable, product specifications, finishing, design accuracy, stone setting, and overall product condition. Maintain accurate quality control records, inspection reports, product approval status, and discrepancy reports. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve quality issues, manage product acceptance and rejection, ensure proper tagging, packaging, inventory handling, and secure storage of jewellery, and verify products before dispatch. Identify defects, report non-compliant products, support corrective actions, maintain proper documentation and traceability, and ensure that all jewellery passes the required quality checks before being listed or dispatched to customers.
