QC Executive – Cosmetics Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a QC Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the Pharma or Cosmetics industry to handle raw material, in-process, packaging, and finished product quality testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and inspect incoming raw materials as per approved specifications.
• Inspect packaging materials such as bottles, tubes, jars, labels, and cartons.
• Perform in-process quality checks including pH, viscosity, color, odor, appearance, weight, and homogeneity.
• Conduct testing of finished cosmetic products and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Handle sampling, testing records, COAs, and laboratory documentation.
• Support microbiological and stability testing activities.
• Identify and report OOS, deviations, and quality issues.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Follow GMP, GLP, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D, Warehouse, and Regulatory teams.
• Support audits, investigations, CAPA, and product trials.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Pharma or Cosmetics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and formulations.
• Basic knowledge of pH, viscosity, density, moisture, and other QC tests.
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, SOPs, OOS, Deviation, and CAPA.
• Good documentation and laboratory skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.

Candidates with relevant experience in Cosmetics or Pharma QC are preferred.
