QC Chemist

• Perform chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Conduct routine laboratory analysis for resins, emulsions, specialty chemicals, and other chemical products.
• Test parameters such as viscosity, pH, solid content, density, moisture, appearance, acid value, color, and other product-specific parameters.
• Collect and analyze samples from production batches as per approved sampling procedures.
• Ensure testing is performed according to SOPs, specifications, test methods, and batch requirements.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, COA, logbooks, and batch-wise quality documentation.
• Coordinate with the Production Department for in-process testing and batch release.
• Identify deviations, abnormal test results, and quality issues and report them to the QC/QA Supervisor or Manager.
• Support investigation of OOS (Out of Specification) and deviation cases.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and disposal of laboratory chemicals and samples.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments as per defined schedules.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow laboratory safety and chemical handling procedures.
• Assist in developing and improving testing methods and laboratory procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable safety requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
