Job Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.
• Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation accurately.
• Handle laboratory equipment, chemicals, and testing instruments safely.
• Monitor product quality and identify deviations during production.
• Coordinate with the Production and Quality Control teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals as per safety guidelines.
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the laboratory.
• Support internal audits and maintain quality-related documentation.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of chemical testing and laboratory procedures.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.
• Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• Degree in Chemistry or a relevant field.
• Freshers may apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
