What they need
- Monitor the quality of daily output, incoming & outgoing products.
- Understand ISO 9001 standard and procedure.
- Maintain clear and proper maintenance record for all machinery, molds, equipment. spare parts purchased / repaired.
- Assist in customer audit.
- Assist in customer satisfaction issue.
- Inspect incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor production processes and identify product defects or quality issues.
- Record inspection results and prepare quality control reports.
- Report non-conforming products and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure products comply with customer specifications and company quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of inspection records and quality reports.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant quality requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
