QC Coordinator Shrimp Hatchery Sumbawa

Exciting opportunity for a driven QC Coordinator Shrimp Hatchery to join the dynamic team at PT Suri Tani Pemuka (JAPFA GROUP), a leading Company in the aquaculture industry. In this contract role based in Sumbawa you will be responsible for managing daily farm operations, optimizing shrimp growth, and ensuring high-quality production standards.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Manage and ensure all QC testing activities (water quality, microbiology, PCR, FHM, nauplii, algae, Artemia, and polychaete) are conducted according to SOP and schedule.
2. Analyze quality and production data to support continuous improvement and maintain QC databases.
3. Oversee laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, inventory control, complaint handling, and CAPA implementation.
4. Support audits, certifications, compliance programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
5. Lead, coach, and develop the QC team while promoting 5S and OHS culture.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Fisheries/Aquaculture, Biology, Veterinary Medicine
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QC/QA, laboratory operations, or shrimp hatchery/aquaculture industry.
• Strong knowledge of water quality, microbiology, PCR, FHM, algae culture, Artemia, and shrimp fry/postlarvae quality management.
• Familiar with SOPs, audits, CAPA, biosecurity, OHS, and 5S.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based in Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat.
