快插接头设计工程师 QC Design Engineer

需要快插接头经验 岗位职责： 1、负责产品设计相关议题的内外部接口。 2、使用 2D/3D CAD软件 (如CATIA 或 UG/NX) 开发创新产品设计，并评估有限元分析（FEA）、模流分析、计算流体动力学（CFD）等结果。 3、在 AQP 核心工程流体管理项目中，为产品设计、要求和性能提供支持。 4、与欧洲 CAD 团队沟通设计概念，以完成 3D 设计定稿和 2D 图纸。 5、根据 CAD 准备 3D 和 2D 设计及图纸。 6、执行 3D 公差研究。 7、确保遵守客户设计和 CAD 标准。 8、与核心工程流体管理 和前期技术开发部门及仿真团队协调工作。 9、与工艺团队沟通，确保设计具备工艺能力。 10、参与 DFMEA 会议。 11、根据要求出差。 12、承接本职位描述中新增的任务和职责。 任职要求： 1、机械工程或相关专业，大学本科及以上学历。 2、至少5年汽车行业从业经验，英文听说读写熟练。 3、扎实的快插接头产品设计知识与技能。 4、具备3D公差计算经验。 5、熟悉FMEA及AQP流程经验。 6、熟练掌握 CAD设计软件和 PDM系统。 7、熟练掌握基于软件的 3D 公差计算。 8、理解热管理架构及其零部件。 9、具备理解并解读系统交互的能力。 10、拥有从设计到量产（SOP）阶段的产品设计成功记录。 Responsibility:

• Internal and external interface for product design topics.
• Development of innovative product designs with 2D/3D CAD tools (CATIA or UG/NX). Evaluation of FEA´s, mold flows, CFD, etc.
• Support Core Eng. FM projects on product design, requirements and performance.
• Communicate design concept with the CAD team in Europe for 3D design finalization and 2D drawings.
• Preparation of 3D and 2D design and drawings from the CAD.
• Performing of 3D tolerance studies.
• Ensure customer design and CAD standards are respected.
• Coordination with Core Eng. FM and AT (Advanced technology) development department and simulation.
• Communication with process team to ensure design process capability.
• Participation in DFMEA session.
• Business trips upon request.
• Carry over of new tasks and responsibilities given the job description. Requirement: -University degree in mechanical engineering or similar. -At least 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry. -Solid know-how in product design. -Experience in 3D tolerance calculation. -Experience in FMEA and AQP process. -Solid know how in CAD Tools and PDM (Product Data Management) systems. -Solid know how in software-based 3D tolerance calculation. -Understanding of Thermal Management architecture and components. -Capability to understand and interpretate system interaction.
• Proven record in product design achievement, until SOP.
