Q.C Engineer (Aluminum Composite Panel)

Job Overview

​We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Engineer to oversee the production quality of our Aluminum Composite Panels. You will be responsible for ensuring that every panel meets international standards for adhesion, coating thickness, fire rating, and structural durability.

​ Key Responsibilities

• ​Raw Material Inspection: Verify the quality of incoming materials against supplier specifications.
• ​In-Process Monitoring: Conduct real-time checks during the manufacturing processes to ensure temperature, pressure, and line speed are optimized.
• ​Laboratory Testing: Perform rigorous physical and chemical tests
• ​Compliance & Certification: Ensure all products comply with ASTM, EN, or ISO standards, specifically regarding fire retardancy (B/A2 ratings).
• Defect Analysis: Identify root causes for common ACP issues like bubbling, delamination, or "oil canning" (waviness) and implement corrective actions.
• Documentation: Maintain precise QC reports, COAs (Certificates of Analysis), and non-conformance reports (NCR) for all production batches.

Candidate Requirements

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.

​Experience: 2–5 years in ACP, aluminum extrusion, or coil coating industries.

​Skills: Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (micrometers, gloss meters, thickness gauges) and knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
