QC Engineer-Civil

Job Title: QC Engineer-Civil

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site role

Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced QC Engineer-Civil with a minimum of 4 years of experience in civil construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Conduct inspections of concrete, foundations, structural works, earthworks, excavation, backfilling, and other civil activities.
• Review and verify materials, inspection requests, test reports, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, and clients regarding quality inspections.
• Prepare and maintain QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Ensure compliance with project Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and applicable standards.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in resolving non-conformities and follow up on NCR closure.
• Ensure all inspection and testing activities are properly documented and maintained.

Requirements

• B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant Civil QC experience.
• Experience in construction projects, preferably Oil & Gas projects.
• Good knowledge of civil construction inspection and quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with relevant engineering standards, specifications, and testing requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.
