What they need
Job Specification :
- Carry out inspection at respective stages of fabrication and erection.
- Assists in preparation Inspection Test Plan/Quality Plan as per client / project specification.
- Carry out QC inspection such as material receiving, marking & layout, weld fit-up, welding inspection for visual inspection & dimensional.
- Verify material for compliance with specification / Code requirement.
- Review drawing for inspection on fabrication material.
- Sorting & compiling MDR books for project requirement.
- Liaises with 3rd party inspectors.
- Verify & review NDT activities.
Job Requirement :
- QA/QC work experience in structural and mechanical steel fabrication and installation works are preferred.
- CSWIP 3.1 WI / AWS CWI would be added advantage.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge in ASME / AWS D1.1 Code will definitely an advantage
