QC Engineer

* Perform incoming, in-process and final quality inspections for manufactured components and assemblies.

* Inspect fabricated parts including laser-cut, bending, welding, machining and assembly components.

* Verify dimensions, specifications, drawings and quality requirements.

* Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge and measuring tape.

* Check welding quality, surface condition, material condition and workmanship.

* Identify and record non-conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with the Production Department.

* Prepare and maintain QC inspection reports, checklists and quality records.

* Ensure products comply with approved drawings, specifications and customer requirements.

* Work closely with Production, Engineering and other departments to resolve quality issues.

* Support continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and improve production quality.

* Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the supervisor/management.

Requirements:

* Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management or related field.

* Experience in QC/QA within a manufacturing, fabrication, machining or engineering environment is preferred.

* Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

* Able to read and understand engineering drawings.

* Knowledge of welding, fabrication, machining and sheet-metal processes is an advantage.

* Able to communicate, write & read in Mandarin is an advantage as we dealing with CHINA customers.
