QC Engineer

1-Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections according to quality standards and specifications.

2-Prepare, analyze, and generate QC reports, including inspection reports, NCR, CAPA, and quality performance summaries.

3-Maintain proper quality records and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements. Handle customer quality issues and conduct root cause analysis using quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.).

4-Work closely with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

5-Monitor quality trends and prepare weekly/monthly quality performance reports for management review.

6-Support internal and external quality audits. 7-Drive continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and improve product quality.
