Job Description – QC Engineer

Department: Quality Control / Quality Assurance
Position: QC Engineer / Quality Control Engineer
Reporting To: Quality Manager / QA Manager

1. पद का उद्देश्य / Job Purpose

Factory में आने वाले Raw Material, Components, In-Process Products और Finished Products की quality सुनिश्चित करना तथा production process में defects और rejection को कम करना।

Motor, Mixer/Grinder, Kettle, Air Fryer एवं अन्य Domestic Appliances में Customer Specification, Drawing, SOP और Quality Standards के अनुसार quality control बनाए रखना।

2. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ / Key Responsibilities

• Incoming Material की inspection और approval/rejection करना।
• Production line पर In-Process Quality Inspection करना।
• Finished products की final inspection एवं testing सुनिश्चित करना।
• Motor, Mixer/Grinder, Kettle, Air Fryer आदि products में defects identify करना।
• Coiling/Winding, Motor Assembly, Moulding, Coating, Printing और Final Assembly processes की quality monitoring करना।
• Quality standards के अनुसार First Piece / First Article Inspection करना।
• Defective material/product को identify करके proper segregation सुनिश्चित करना।
• Rejection और rework का daily record maintain करना।
• Major defects के लिए Root Cause Analysis (RCA) करना।
• Corrective Action / Preventive Action (CAPA) के implementation को follow-up करना।
• Production team के साथ मिलकर recurring quality problems को reduce करना।
• Quality inspection reports और daily/monthly quality MIS तैयार करना।
• Measuring instruments की calibration status check करना।
• Customer complaints की investigation एवं corrective action में support करना।
• Quality SOP, Work Instruction और Inspection Standards को implement करना।

3. योग्यता / Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production preferred।
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering वाले candidates को relevant experience के आधार पर consider किया जा सकता है।
• Quality-related certification जैसे Six Sigma / Quality Management / ISO 9001 additional advantage होगा।

4. अनुभव / Experience

• 2–5 वर्ष का Quality Control / Manufacturing experience preferred।
• Domestic Appliances, Motor, Mixer/Grinder, Fan, Kettle, Air Fryer या Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing का अनुभव वांछनीय।
• Freshers को Trainee Quality Engineer के रूप में consider किया जा सकता है।

5. आवश्यक कौशल / Required Skills

• Manufacturing Quality Control की अच्छी understanding।
• 7 QC Tools का knowledge।
• Root Cause Analysis – 5 Why / Fishbone का knowledge।
• CAPA और Corrective Action की understanding।
• Engineering Drawing एवं Product Specification पढ़ने की क्षमता।
• Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauge, Multimeter आदि measuring instruments का knowledge।
• Basic knowledge of SPC, PPM, Rejection Analysis एवं Process Audit।
• MS Excel एवं ERP/MIS reporting।
• Good communication और problem-solving skills।

7. कार्य परिस्थितियाँ / Working Conditions

• Quality Department एवं Production Shop Floor दोनों पर कार्य।
• Production requirements के अनुसार Rotational Shift में काम करना पड़ सकता है।
• Motor, Moulding, Coating, Printing एवं Assembly sections में regular inspection करना।
• PPE और factory safety rules का पालन अनिवार्य।
• आवश्यकता अनुसार supplier/customer quality visit में support करना।

8. रिपोर्टिंग एवं Coordination / Reporting & Coordination

Reporting To:
Quality Manager / QA Manager

Internal Coordination:
Production, Engineering, Maintenance, PPC, Purchase, Stores, R&D और Service Teams।

External Coordination:
Suppliers, third-party testing agencies एवं customer quality teams।

9. विशेष आवश्यकताएँ / Key Expectations

• Quality से कोई समझौता नहीं करना।
• Defect को केवल detect नहीं बल्कि उसका Root Cause identify करके permanently eliminate करने पर focus करना।
• Production में Right First Time / Zero Defect culture को बढ़ावा देना।
• Quality checkpoints और inspection standards को effectively implement करना।
• Rejection और rework को लगातार reduce करना।
• Customer complaints का timely analysis एवं corrective action करना।
• 5S, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement और Quality Improvement Projects में सक्रिय भाग लेना।
• Quality records और reports को accurate एवं timely maintain करना।
• Safety – Quality – Cost – Delivery के साथ-साथ customer satisfaction को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देना।

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
