Job Description

We are looking for a QC Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, precision measuring instruments, engineering drawings, quality documentation, and quality improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Ensure product compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
• Conduct dimensional inspections using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Dial Indicators, Bore Gauges, and Thread Gauges.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and inspection documentation.
• Identify non-conforming products and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor process quality and ensure adherence to inspection plans and quality procedures.
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, and Purchase departments to resolve quality concerns.
• Maintain calibration records of measuring and inspection equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
• Participate in internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through 5S, Kaizen, and quality improvement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on proficiency in precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Good understanding of inspection methods, quality documentation, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 7 QC Tools, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and quality reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with practical shop-floor quality inspection experience, good dimensional measurement skills, and knowledge of quality systems in manufacturing will be preferred.
