What they need
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical
Experience: 1–5 years in fabrication / PEB / steel structures
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspection of flange joints and web joints as per standards
- Ensure beam line fabrication accuracy and dimensional compliance
- Monitor and verify welding quality as per WPS and specifications
- Check and approve fit-up accuracy before welding
- Inspect hole size, dimension, and location accuracy as per drawings
- Ensure proper surface preparation and finishing quality
- Monitor painting quality including DFT (Dry Film Thickness) control
- Verify all work is as per approved drawings and client specifications
- Identify defects and ensure minimum rework through preventive checks
- Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and documentation
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
