QC ENGINEER

About the role

Serves as a reliever in receiving inspection as the need arises, ensuring that Quality Standards are maintained and followed throughout all processes.

III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Serves as a reliever in receiving inspection as the need arises.

2. Ensures that Quality Standards are maintained and followed.

3. Ensures no customer claim caused by wrong dimensional data.

4. Ensure that product evaluation is conducted 100% on-time to prevent delays on SDS preparations.

5. Monitor and prepare QC documents based on customer requirements

6. Conduct technical trainings to all members and ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of training.

7. Assist Engineers and Team Members in their work related needs.

8. Must maintain confidentiality of all documents being endorsed to them.

9. Conduct initial test related to new developed product such as voltage drop, FS, Cancel Performance and Illumination check with data gathering.

10. Perfom evaluation and investigation of parts/FG and prepare evaluation report.

11. Attends to Pre-HVT and assembly trial of new parts.

12. Coordinates to immediate superior regarding quality related issues.

13. Performs 5S in the work area.

14. Participates and supports all corporate quality, productivity, continuous improvement (Kaizen), occupational safety and health, environmental activities.

15. Performs other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the immediate superior related to the attainment of the department objectives.

16. Perform other related task which may be assigned by the immediate superior form time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Industrial Engineering course

With at least 1 year related work experience.

Excellent in problem solving and analytical skills

Keen attention to details

In-depth understanding of company standards

Documentation and reporting skills
