What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection & Testing: Conduct daily site inspections, monitor civil/MEP/fit-out execution, and coordinate with third-party testing labs.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Consultant Coordination: Liaise directly with main consultants and client representatives for site sign-offs and project handovers.
- Material Compliance: Verify incoming construction materials against approved submittals and project codes.
Requirements for Contracting Roles
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Experience: Generally 3 to 8+ years of relevant QA/QC experience within the UAE
Pay: AED0.01 - AED0.02 per month
Work Location: In person
