QC Engineer - Mechanical

Roles and Responsibilities (DETAILED):

Ø Documentation Review TMBS (QMS)

· To effectively understand the TMBS Quality Management System (QMS) Procedure, familiarize yourself with its structure, terminology, and compliance requirements, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards.

Ø Documentation Preparation

· Ability to prepare the project specific QC procedures and ITP.

Ø Project Understanding

· Familiarize with the project specific scope, specifications, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements and FAT/IFAT procedure.

Ø Technical Coordination

· Work with the QC inspector to address their clarification requests, site queries, and non-conformance issues.

Ø Codes and standards

· Adequate knowledge of international standards such as ISO, ASME, AWS, BSEN, etc.

Ø Quality Coordination & Compliance

· Maintain alignment with customer expectations through proactive inspection coordination and documentation management.

· Attend and contribute to daily QC meetings with various customers to ensure ongoing quality compliance.

· Conduct internal audits for both Quality Management System (QMS) and project-specific processes

Ø Inspection & Testing Oversight

· Prepare documentation and lead Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIMs) to ensure all technical requirements are met.

· Conduct stage inspections as required, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

· Witness laboratory tests to validate compliance with technical specifications.

Ø Technical & Project Support

· Provide technical clarification to the project team to resolve quality concerns.

· Assist the Project Manager’s with technical guidance and compliance-related matters.

Ø Sales & Bidding Assistance

· Support the Sales Team by supplying necessary documents for company qualification.

· Assist the Bidding Team with documentation whenever required.

Ø Factory Inspection Leadership

· Lead SHF factory inspections, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

· Address and resolve quality-related issues within factory operations.

Ø Training & Documentation

· Develop and implement work instructions and structured training plans to enhance team competency.

Ø Progress Monitoring

· coordinating with QC team for seamless inspection and documentation

Ø Inspection Requests for Inspection

· Providing support for Facilitate the submission of Requests for Inspection (RFIs) to appropriate parties, ensuring inspections are conducted in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Identify any deviations from specifications and generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs/CARs) to address discrepancies.

Ø Compliance Coordination

· Collaborate with the Safety, Environment, and Certification Engineer to meet statutory and regulatory obligations.

Ø Additional Responsibilities:

· Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager and construction manager.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
