What they need
- Manage and monitor incoming, in-process and final quality control activities.
- Monitor yield, defect rate, DPPM and other quality KPIs; perform Pareto and trend analysis.
- Handle production abnormalities and coordinate containment, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain inspection standards, sampling plans and quality records.
- Support customer/internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
- Train QC inspectors and improve inspection effectiveness and consistency.
- Coordinate with Production, PE, TE, QE and suppliers on quality improvement activities.
- SMT/PCBA manufacturing experience is required.
