QC Engineer Team Leader (วิศวกรไฟฟ้า )

About the role

QC & Quotation (CE) Manager responsible for planning work, overseeing, inspecting, and controlling quality of installation team work according to established plans, including developing team skills to ensure quality and competitive efficiency. The role involves surveying, verifying accuracy, and preparing quotations; planning work and defining work formats according to engineering and academic principles; opening renovation projects, monitoring progress, and verifying engineering compliance while coordinating with customers; inspecting, resolving site issues or complaints, coordinating with customers for timely resolution and reporting problems through management channels; and summarizing renovation tracking and survey work summaries for QT QC reporting in assigned areas to enhance work performance and sales efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan work, oversee, inspect, and control quality of installation team work according to established plans, including developing team skills for quality and competitive efficiency
• Survey, verify accuracy, and prepare quotations
• Plan work and define work formats according to engineering and academic principles, and control work according to established plans
• Open renovation projects, monitor progress, verify engineering compliance, coordinate with customers, and clarify work scope
• Inspect, resolve site issues or complaints, coordinate with customers for timely resolution, and report problems through management channels
• Summarize renovation tracking and survey work summaries for QT QC reporting in assigned areas to enhance work performance and sales efficiency

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or related field (Civil, Electronics, or related disciplines)
• 5 or more years of work experience in construction supervision, civil work, architecture, interior design, electrical systems, plumbing, sanitation, or pre-delivery quality inspection
• Able to use basic computer programs including MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp
• Electrical engineering professional license or equivalent (considered as special consideration)
