QC Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct raw material and finished product testing as per specifications.
• Perform routine chemical and laboratory analysis.
• Operate, maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Monitor in-process quality and support batch approval/release.
• Investigate quality deviations, batch failures and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores and Purchase to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain QC records, test reports, batch registers and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs and QA documentation.
• Support internal quality audits and ensure laboratory standards.
