About the Company

Arrow Greentech Ltd. is a manufacturing company working in specialty films and packaging-related materials, including water-soluble film technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality testing and inspection of films, raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks as per approved specifications and SOPs.
• Record test results, analyse quality data and prepare reports.
• Identify quality deviations and coordinate with production for corrective action.
• Assist in root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and customer complaint investigations.
• Maintain testing records, quality documentation and instrument-related records.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and established procedures.

Preferred Candidate

• B.Sc., M.Sc. or relevant CIPET qualification in plastics, polymer technology or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in QC/QA, preferably in flexible packaging, plastic films, polymers, extrusion, coating, lamination or chemical manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of testing methods, SOPs, quality documentation and inspection.
• Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and coordinate with production teams.
• Candidates from related manufacturing industries with relevant QC testing experience may also apply.
