QC EXECUTIVE

• Provide and oversee, inspection activity for product throughout production cycle.
• Coordinate and schedule field testing and performance QC inspections.
• To ensure tools and equipment calibrationare carried out as per schedule (Internal/ External).
• Involve in new product,process and measurement development.
• Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
• Be an APQP team member and incharge of establishing inspection method for material in up to finish goods until mass production.
• Responsible for the corrective and preventive actions for internal and external issue.
• Follow up on customers' complaints related to quality issues and organize for countermeasure.
• To prepare and ensure PPAP are submitted to customer as per schedule.
• To analyse and monitor KPI for QC department.
• Monthly equipment and measuring tools verification.
• Responsible for the training, supervision and evaluation of QC personnel.
• To carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 5 years of working experience in QA/QC position.
• Practical experience with product testing, capability studies, and control plans.
• Highly motivated and self-directed capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Computer Applications.
• Possess problem solving skills and analytical mind.
• Working knowledge in ISO9001 and IATF16949.
• A team player with leadership qualities.
• Good time management skills.
• Positive attitude and positive thinking.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
