QC Executive / On-site QC

About the role

This role responsible for on-site quality and safety management; organizes and implements quality control and inspection for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished products, and production processes; ensures that all products undergo rigorous quality inspection and meet established quality standards and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the quality management system, including quality management procedures, standards and specifications; supervise their implementation to ensure the effective operation of the quality management system
• Organize and conduct quality control and inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and production processes, to ensure all products undergo rigorous quality inspection and comply with established quality standards and customer requirements
• Review and evaluate product quality of suppliers, track and handle non-conforming materials, and document the disposal records
• Manage and maintain measuring instruments; organize metrological testing to guarantee metrological assurance
• Establish registers, cards and files for classification of measuring instruments, and administer formalities including purchase, calibration, scrapping, sealing, transfer and handover
• Be responsible for factory hygiene management, including pest control, inspection and verification of hygiene status at production sites, personnel and equipment, reporting abnormalities, and following up on rectification outcomes

About you

• Mandarin can be used as a working language.

• College diploma or above

• 3–5years of relevant working experience in dairy/food industry

• Majors in Food Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or related disciplines

• Basic understanding of food industry laws and regulations

• Familiar with ISO22000, HACCP and other quality management system standards

• Proficient in quality inspection methods and tools with data analysis capability

• Good communication and teamwork skills
