Quality Management System

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems as per:

• ISO 9001
• ISO 3834-2
• ASME requirements
• Customer specifications
• Ensure compliance with documented procedures, SOPs, QAPs, and standards.
• Lead internal and external quality audits.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Monitor welding, fabrication, machining, painting, assembly, and testing quality activities.

Customer & Supplier Quality

• Handle major customer complaints and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Interface with customers, third-party inspectors, and regulatory bodies.

Process Improvement

• Analyze quality metrics including rejection, rework, NCRs, COPQ, and customer complaints.
• Implement root cause analysis methodologies.
• Drive reduction in quality costs and improve process capability.
• Develop Safety Culture.
• Support Housekeeping and cleaning initiatives in workshop.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers.
• Develop competency improvement and training programs.
• Ensure strong quality culture throughout the organization.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance – Form 10 & 11.
• Maintain calibration systems, traceability, and documentation control.

In addition to the above you shall be taking up all tasks assigned by your superior for exigencies & urgent Sudden Requirements.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Fabrication Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
