QC Inspector ( A and P)

Job Descriptions:

·         Report directly to the QAQCS Head or Chief Operating Officer (COO) regarding inspection results, findings, and recommended actions.

·         Inspect incoming materials and parts, ensuring conformity with manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.

·         Perform in-process and final inspections of maintenance and repair.

·         Verify that all maintenance and inspection activities are performed.

·         Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records for regulatory compliance and traceability.

·         Support risk assessments, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects related to quality control.

·         Manage the Document Control process by maintaining a Document Master List, ensuring controlled distribution, archiving superseded revisions, and making controlled documents readily available to all concerned.

Job Qualifications:

·         Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Aviation Maintenance Specialist, or related field.

·         Must hold a valid CAAP license with Airframe & Powerplant Ratings or Electronics Ratings.

·         Knowledgeable in civil aviation regulations (CAAP), airworthiness standards, quality assurance systems, and inspection procedures.

·         With experience in aircraft inspection, maintenance, or calibration activities, preferably with exposure to:

              *SF260, M/FH/TP, S211 Jet Trainer, W-3A Sokol helicopter, Cessna 172/174

·         Certificate or training in Quality Control / QAQC procedures and Document Control is preferred.

·         With six (6) months experience in AMRO for the past two (2) years.
