QC Inspector

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC):

• Perform routine in-process checks at different production stages according to established procedures and specifications to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Verify critical parameters such as weight, fill volume, batch details printing and other specifications based on established guidelines.
• Conduct sampling and testing of in-process products as per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of IPQC results in batch manufacturing records, laboratory logbooks, and electronic systems.
• Report any deviations or non-conformities in real-time to the lab manager and QC teams.

Production Support & Compliance:

• Ensure GMP and regulatory requirements are followed throughout the production process.
• Assist in line clearance activities before production startup.
• Conduct visual inspections for defects, contamination, and packaging integrity.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Work closely with production personnel to resolve quality-related issues.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records, reports, and logs.
• Assist in preparing investigation reports in case of deviations or quality issues.
• Support internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections by authorities such as the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) or other relevant bodies.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist in laboratory-related tasks or other QC activities as assigned by the Lab Manager.

• Participate in quality training programs to stay updated on industry standards.

• Conduct IPQC training and support knowledge-sharing sessions for other team members as required.

• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the workplace.

• Requirements:

  Minimum SPM with relevant manufacturing experience, or Diploma in Science-related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Knowledge of GMP and quality inspection processes will be an added advantage.

• Able to work shifts/overtime when required.

• Able to stand or move around the production area for extended periods during inspection activities.
