QC INSPECTOR

Job Descriptions:

• Candidates are required to work on a shift schedule.

• To monitor the quality of product.

• To inspect the quality of product as per the requirement specification.

• To inspect by operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

• To perform Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection and Final Outgoing Quality Inspection of products as per specification.

• To make recommendation on approval and disapproval of inspection results.

• To carry out product inspection and handle inspection rejection.

• Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications.

• Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.

• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.

• Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications

• Other Ad-hoc duties

  Requirement:
  Prefer 1-2 year in related industry.
  Have some work experience in Manufacturing environment. 
  Prefer SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. (relevant experience will be an added advantage)

• Experience in operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is an advantage.
