QC Inspector

The Quality Control Inspector / QC Analyst is responsible for conducting and documenting quality control testing and inspection activities for raw materials, packaging materials, compounded bulk, in-process materials, finished cosmetic products, and stability samples to ensure that materials and products meet approved specifications, established test methods, applicable quality requirements, and Company standards.

The position requires a Registered Chemist with strong technical capability in:

• microbiological testing;
• physico-chemical analysis;
• cosmetic product testing;
• raw material analysis;
• compounded bulk testing;
• finished product testing;
• stability testing; and
• laboratory documentation and data integrity.

The QC Inspector shall generate accurate, reliable, traceable, and scientifically defensible test results and shall promptly report out-of-specification, out-of-trend, abnormal, or otherwise questionable results to the appropriate QA/QC authority.
