QC Inspector

Responsibilities :

• Handover quality status of all products with the previous shift’s QC personnel.
• Organize and maintain 5S to keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Perform first-level maintenance on measuring tools, jigs, and other inspection equipment.
• Confirm the 4M1E (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment); promptly correct any issues found and notify relevant personnel.
• Measure and confirm first-piece samples and HSF compliance to ensure smooth machine production.
• Conduct patrol inspections (dimension/appearance) according to inspection standards and frequency, and record the results.
• For molds scheduled for removal, issue a mold maintenance daily report according to the repair process, and confirm and record the maintenance results.
• Timely confirm the quality status of products in the parts trays and inform the line leader for prompt handling.
• Do not proceed with inspection operations without receiving relevant samples or standards.
• Properly label, track, and isolate incoming or in-process defective/HSF non-conforming products, and issue a Non Conforming Product Handling Report; if quality issues persist, the Quality Department has the authority to stop production
• Collect CPK (Process Capability Index) data. - Handle other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirement :

• Perform in-process inspections according to inspection standards to ensure production processes meet quality requirements.
• When abnormalities are found, authorize immediate corrective actions, segregation of nonconforming products, and notification of relevant departments.
• Record and feedback in-process quality data, and assist in problem analysis and improvement.
• Authority to suspend the process and report to supervisors when major quality risks occur.
