QC Inspector

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1.      To perform daily inspection according to work instruction and procedures provided

2.      Communicate quality problems with QA Supervisor & production P.I.C

3.      Complete Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for defective products and material

4.      Participate and support continues improvement objectives of the department

5.      To follow ISO, GMP, HACCP, Personnel & Safety policies within the plant

6.      To record the data of sample checked into Sample Checking form

7.      Responsible on the retain sample collection compilation by job of the day

8.      To follow superior arrangement and assignment on quality task if got changes on manpower

9.      Willing to work extended hours as and when assigned due to changes of production schedule

10.  To carry out other duties that may be assigned by superior when necessary
