QC Inspector

Job Description :-

· Read and understand specifications of company products.

· Monitor operations to ensure their alignment with production standards.

· Inspect, test and measure new products.

· Reject or accept finalized items.

· Remove products that do not meet desired specifications.

· Report inspection results and test data.

· Assist in inspecting raw materials, in-process products and finished goods for quality compliance.

· Conduct physical, chemical or visual checks based on product specifications.

· Monitor and record production parameters such as temperature, weight, packaging, etc.

· Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and GMP compliance in the production area.

· Assist in documenting QC results and updating relevant records.

· Report any quality deviations or non-conformities to the QC Executive/Manager.

· Assist in investigations and corrective action follow-ups when required.

· Ensure equipment used for testing is clean, calibrated, and properly maintained.

· Follow safety and food safety procedures at all times.

Requirement : -

• SPM or equivalent with 1-2 years of working experience.
• Attention to details, able to work in a team and possess pleasant personality.
