QC Inspector

• Handle day-to-day Quality Control activities in the manufacturing process.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
• Ensure products are manufactured as per drawing, specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier Calliper, Micrometre, Height Gauge, Gauges and other measuring instruments.CMM/VMM/PP
• Check CNC components, tubes, fittings and engineering components as per customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
• Identify quality issues, defects and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, CNC, Stores and Purchase departments for quality-related issues.
• Handle customer complaints and support root-cause analysis.
• Prepare NCR, CAPA and inspection reports where required.
• Monitor and maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Guide and supervise junior QC team members.
• Maintain proper documentation as per ISO 9001 and company procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
