QC Inspector

Responsibility:

1. Perform quality inspections on materials, work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods according to approved procedures, sampling plans, specifications and standards.

2. Ensure outgoing and in-process inspections are carried out according to specifications and work instructions.

3. Indicate product status (Pass, Quarantine or Reject) after verification by the superior.

4. Release finished goods upon approval of the release checklist by the authorized personnel.

5. Perform sampling on inspected materials, WIP and finished goods for laboratory analysis.

6. Ensure test reports are available and properly retained.

7. Draw, label, record and retain finished goods retention samples.

8. Assist in product sample preparation.

9. Complete inspection records accurately and within the required timeline.

10. Update quality related document in the forms or logbook.

11. Assist in document compilation and filing.

12. Monitor daily weighing verification activities.

13. Assist in equipment calibration activities.

14. Assist in verification of internal and external pest control activities according to schedule.

15. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the retention/stability room and sampling room.

16. Report non-conforming materials or any internal complaints to the superior.

17. Report and highlight any process deviation or abnormality observed during incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections.

Requirement:

1. SPM

2. Minimum 1 year of working experience or

3. Fresh graduates with relevant academic background may be considered.

4. Able to work in team, under pressure and meet deadlines.
