QC Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection incoming raw material.
• Record the inspection outcome into the Inspection Plan (record).
• Raise the rejection report for incoming rejected raw material.
• Perform calibration / verification on all measuring instruments / inspection gauges used in all departments. (For IQC Inspector doing calibration only).
• Perform first article inspection for sample parts (First Article submission).
• Perform other job functions deem necessary by Management.
• Ensuring conformity to product requirements.
• This position is offered on a 6-month contract basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM and above or two-year experiences in related field.
• Minimum Level 2 for hand gages, micrometer, calliper and dial indicator.
• Minimum Level 2 for Inspection Report and Incoming Defect Report Writing.
• Able to work on rotating shifts.
• Willing to support overtime on weekends or public holidays.
• Male candidates are preferred for helium leak testing.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
