QC Inspector

Role:

Complete daily QC activities for the assigned work area or production line.

Responsibilities:

QC activities include:

• Complete assigned inspection tasks (visual check, dimensional measurement or functional test) by the Quality Supervisor, according to quality plan.
• Report nonconformances and ensure proper containment and identification. Escalate to quality supervisor, as required.
• Maintain good manufacturing practices, good documentation practices and timely record completeness.
• Adhere to safety practices and requirements.
• Any other assigned quality control activity.

EDUCATION / ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
• KEY REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITY
• Able to communicate in English.
• Prior knowledge on operating CMM and SmartScope will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant past QC inspection experience will be considered for senior role.
