QC Inspector

About the role

As a Checker (QC Inspector) at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is perm position is based in East Area and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Product/ packaging/ discrepancies QC sampling checks at incoming/outbound at central warehouse or POU sites.

• Daily sampling visual inspections performs at Inbound/outbound inspection from incoming supplier and RTS parts

• Discrepancies report to inbound/ outbound team to raise QNs against supplier packaging, incoming damages, quantity, or part number discrepancies

• Validate BU MRRT claim on logistics issues to do the checks at stored location for parts quantity, physical packaging and part number validation. Adhoc basis based on BU MRRT feedback and requests.

  Quarantine and hold discrepancies material and coordinate with IC team for proper disposition. Adhoc basis based on kit audits results, BU MRRT feedback and customer requests.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role within manufacturing or logistics environments
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and statistical process control techniques
• Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometres, gauges, and other testing equipment
• Must be comfortable wearing cleanroom PPE
