QC Inspector

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, fabricated parts, assemblies, and finished vehicles.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections of SPVM vehicles.
• Verify dimensions, fitment, alignment, welding, finishing, and assembly quality.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.
• Identify, record, and report defects or non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Use measuring and inspection tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring equipment.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and NCR documentation.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure products meet approved quality standards before moving to the next production stage or final delivery.
• Follow all company HSE and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Automotive, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in QC/inspection, preferably in automotive, armored vehicle, fabrication, or heavy manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of vehicle assembly, fabrication, welding, and dimensional inspection.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
