QC Inspector

A Quality Control (QC) Inspector checks raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet company and safety standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Inspect Materials: Check raw goods and incoming inventory against technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor Production: Test and measure items during the manufacturing process to catch defects early.
• Approve or Reject Goods: Accept passing items and remove or discard products that fail to meet standards.
• Document Results: Record test data, log defects, and write inspection reports.
• Recommend Improvements: Share feedback with production supervisors to fix recurring quality issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Reading: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and product specifications.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with measuring devices like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to spot small defects or deviations.
• Communication: Clear reporting of faults to the production team.
• Education: High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in a technical field, depending on the industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
