The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our die manufacturing process through comprehensive inspection and testing procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Evaluate non-conforming parts to determine salvageability and rework potential
• Document inspection findings and maintain detailed quality records
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform comprehensive visual and dimensional inspections on finished dies to ensure compliance with specifications
• Select and implement appropriate inspection methodologies based on product requirements
• Approve final product quality and release for shipment

• Proficient in various inspection and measurement techniques
