QC INSPECTOR - PROCESS-3

Job Responsibilities**

• Perform in-process quality inspections at various stages of Process-3 according to established procedures and specifications.
• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and operational control points (OCPs) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collect and analyze samples for physical, chemical, and sensory evaluation as required.
• Record inspection results accurately and promptly in designated forms and systems.
• Identify and report non-conforming products or processes immediately to relevant supervisors.
• Initiate and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for identified quality deviations.
• Assist in investigating root causes of quality issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Verify the calibration status of inspection equipment and ensure proper usage.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.

Job Qualifications**

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in the food processing or feed manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts and occasional overtime as required.
