Job Description

We are looking for a QC Inspector / QC Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of construction, fabrication, and installation activities. The successful candidate will work closely with project and site teams to ensure that materials, workmanship, and completed works comply with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of construction, fabrication, and installation activities.
• Verify that work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Perform quality inspections at various stages of project execution.
• Inspect materials and workmanship for compliance with project standards.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas requiring corrective action.
• Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and other QC documentation.
• Monitor and document quality-related activities and findings.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, Foremen, fabrication teams, and other project personnel.
• Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure that approved quality control procedures are properly implemented.
• Maintain accurate and organized quality records.
• Support the project team in achieving required quality standards and specifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Relevant experience in construction, structural steel, fabrication, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Quality Control / Quality Assurance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Familiarity with inspection procedures and quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a project/site environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Pulilan, Bulacan.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is an advantage:

• Structural steel fabrication and erection
• Construction quality inspection
• Welding and fabrication inspection
• Material inspection
• Site quality control
• QA/QC documentation
• Non-conformance reporting
• Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)
• Construction drawings and specifications
