QC Junior Engineer

About the role

The QC Junior Engineer (IQC) is responsible for overseeing the inspection and verification of incoming raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. The role ensures that only conforming materials are accepted for production or delivery, while non-conforming items are properly identified, controlled, and reported.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise IQC Inspectors and manage daily inspection activities
• Inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods based on specifications
• Approve or reject items and ensure proper labeling and status control
• Handle non-conforming materials, including reporting and coordination with suppliers
• Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure traceability
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and QMS teams
• Monitor supplier quality and support corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and support audits
• Recommend process improvements and participate in quality initiatives

What we're looking for

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
• Vocational/technical background with relevant experience may be considered

Experience:

• At least 1 years in Quality Control

Skills:

• Knowledge of QC tools and sampling techniques
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills
