What they need
Responsibilities:
- To perform and monitor daily incoming/in-process/outgoing and testing process based on established sampling plan.
- To monitor and perform equipment calibration.
- To investigate customers complaints regarding product defects or malfunctions.
- To feedback to supervisor when there is a non-conforming parts.
- To provide training to the production teams on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
- To assist the development of test methods and inspection plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualification.
- At least 3 years working experience in Quality activities.
- Computer literate.
