该职位来源于猎聘 Site QC Manager工厂QC经理 Location: Shanghai Lingang Site / 上海临港工厂 Job Purpose岗位目的 ---- Plans, organizes, directs and controls the entire laboratory activities to assure full compliance with corporate policies and governmental regulations.

Acts as an official Quality Control (QC) representative of the plant during regulatory inspection and internal/Corporate Inspections.

Assures plant compliance with analytical testing requirements for the site. 计划、组织、指导和控制整个实验室活动，以确保完全符合公司政策和政府法规。 在法规检查和内部/公司检查期间担任工厂的官方质量控制 （QC） 代表。 确保工厂符合分析测试要求。 ---- Foster and drive CI throughout the lab organization in harmony with business & site objectives; in partnership with learning and development, optimizing and sustaining all the learning modalities within the analytical team to achieve continuous development and improvement in QC. 与业务和工厂目标相协调的前提下，在整个实验室组织中培养和推动CI；参与学习和发展，优化并维持实验室团队内的所有学习模式，推动QC团队的持续发展与进步。 Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责 ---- Develops the strategy and clear operational plans for QC department. 为QC部门制定战略和明确的运营计划。

• Communicates effectively and establishes processes to ensure smooth communication within the department, across functions and across sites. Ensures two-way communications between site leadership and the department. 有效沟通并建立流程，以确保部门内部、跨职能和跨工厂的顺畅沟通。确保工厂领导团队和部门之间的双向沟通。 ---- Ensure proper planning and execution of testing of all samples and materials. Implement robust processes for assessing and approving test results and COA (Certificate of Analysis). 确保正确规划和执行所有样品和材料的测试。严格按照流程进行评估及批准测试结果和分析报告。
• Ensure that analytical methods and analytical equipment are adequately validated and maintained. 确保分析方法和分析设备得到充分验证和维护。
• Ensure that periodic audit trail of Empower and relevant activities are reviewed and managed effectively.

负责定期的Empower审计追踪检查和相关管理工作。 ---- Be responsible for maintenance of laboratory systems, for example, SLIMS and MERP material data. 负责实验室系统，比如，SLIMS系统的维护和MERP中物料的主数据维护工作。 ---- Ensure that laboratory activities comply with the most current testing methodologies published by Pharmacopoeia where applicable, China Safety & Technical Standards for Cosmetics and National Standards (GB and other).

Ensure there is Analytical development program to ensure the compliance and robustness of the test methods. 确保实验室活动符合药典（如适用），化妆品安全技术规范和国标（GB 等）发布的最新测试方法。确保有分析开发计划以保证分析方法的合规及耐用性。 ---- Ensure that stability samples are tested on time and the stability program is adequately managed. Ensure that retention samples are adequately kept and assessed. 确保按时检测稳定性样品，并充分管理稳定性程序。确保留样得到充分保存和评估。 ---- Lead complex laboratory investigations (LIs) including Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT).

领导复杂的实验室调查 （LI），包括产品超限（OOS） 和产品超出趋势 （OOT）。

• Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and others, Haleon standards for QMS, EHSS etc. and company policy. Adherence to standard operating procedures. And participate & support the execution of site Quality plan and EHS management system. 理解并遵守适用的质量、环境、健康及安全等方面的当地法律法规、Haleon管理体系及环境健康安全等方面的标准和公司方针，遵守公司标准操作规程；参与和支持工厂质量计划和EHS管理体系的执行。 ---- Is responsible for departmental budget controls (headcounts, expenses & capital) and HR company policy. 负责部门预算控制（员工人数、费用和资本）和人力资源公司政策。 ---- Other projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager. 其它由直线经理安排的项目和工作。 Job Requirements 胜任要求 ---- Bachelor’s degree in science or relevant field and 8 years of experience in an Cosmetics regulated industry. 理学或相关领域的学士学位，并在 化妆品监管行业拥有 8 年的经验。 ---- Minimum of 5 years management experience. 至少 5 年管理经验。 Technical talent专业知识/技能: ---- Familiar with relevant cGMP’s/NMPA, Pharmacopoeia/ Safety & Technical Standards for Cosmetics/ GB and other regulatory requirements. 熟悉相关cGMP/NMPA，药典/化妆品安全技术规范/国标和其他监管要求。
• Knowledge and experience in Cosmetics validation theory and familiar with the application of quality management tools. 具备化妆品验证理论知识和经验，熟悉质量管理工具的应用。
• Well English reading, writing, oral and listening ability.

良好的英语听说读写水平。 ---- Familiar with Office 365, including Word, Excel, Power Point, PowerBI.

熟悉办公软件，包括Word、Excel、Power Point、PowerBI等。 Professional 能力要求 ---- Well occupational moral, Honest, persist in the principles.
