About the role
Responsible for leading quality control and laboratory operations to ensure that all bitumen, polymer-modified bitumen (PMB), bitumen emulsion, and related products consistently meet applicable specifications, customer requirements, and international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee laboratory testing, quality assurance, method verification, and equipment calibration
- Ensure ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance
- Conduct technical problem-solving and product development support
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable laboratory environment
- Collaborate across departments, within group Company (Thailand, Vietnam and others) and externally
- Optimize manufacturing processes and support innovation in bituminous materials
