What they need
- Supervise and manage QC inspectors and daily quality activities.
- Monitor fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing processes.
- Conduct and oversee inline, end-line, and final inspections.
- Ensure garments meet buyer specifications, approved samples, measurements, and AQL standards.
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor quality performance and reduce defects, rework, and rejection.
- Handle customer quality concerns and support buyer inspections.
- Train QC staff on garment quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Prepare quality reports and recommend process improvements.
