QC Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced QC Manager or QC assistant manager to join our thriving team at Thai Sock Co., Ltd. in Samut Prakan. As QC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our quality assurance processes, ensuring our products which are socks and yarns to meet the highest standards. This full-time position is crucial in maintaining our reputation as a leader in the manufacturing industry.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality control systems and procedures
• Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, process , and finished products
• Identifying and resolving quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to optimize processes and improve quality
• Contacting both local and international quality team of our clients to ensure regular quality system or AQL audit in timely manner
• Lead the production team to solve and follow up corrective actions when any quality problems occurred.
• Manage the quality team to be able to conduct testing, maintain quality inspection and assure consistency of standard.
• Maintaining comprehensive quality records and reporting on key performance metrics
• Providing training and guidance to quality assurance personnel
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Thorough understanding of quality management principles, tools, and techniques
• English professional level for read and write with intermediate speaking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address quality issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in data analysis and quality reporting
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or a related discipline
