QC Manager/ Senior QC Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QC Manager/ Senior QC Engineer to lead our Quality Control team and ensure consistent product quality across our manufacturing operations.

You will oversee daily QC activities, manage quality issues and customer complaints, and drive continuous improvement across inspection, testing, documentation, and corrective actions. This role works closely with Production, Engineering, R&D, suppliers, customers, and China-based management.

Professional Mandarin proficiency is required for day-to-day communication, coordination, and reporting with China-based stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and manage daily QC activities, including inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

2. Monitor and resolve quality issues and customer complaints through root-cause analysis and effective corrective and preventive actions.

3. Establish, maintain, and improve QC inspection standards, testing methods, work procedures, and quality documentation.

4. Work closely with Production, Engineering, R&D, suppliers, customers, and China-based management to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

5. Lead, supervise, and develop the QC team, including work allocation, performance monitoring, training, and capability development.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Science, or a related field.

· At least 3–5 years of relevant QC/QA experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Previous experience supervising or managing a QC team.

· Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspection methods, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.

· Experience handling customer complaints and quality-related issues.

· Professional Mandarin proficiency to communicate and report effectively to China-based management and stakeholders.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team effectively.

· Hands-on, responsible, and passionate about building a strong quality culture.

Mon – Fri: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Alternate Saturday: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM
