QC - Micro Analyst

What you will do

• Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Conduct environmental monitoring, including swab testing and air exposure testing.
• Prepare culture media, reagents, and sterilize laboratory equipment.
• Accurately document and report testing results.
• Support sensory evaluation (organoleptic testing) of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, GLP, and laboratory standards.

What you bring

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a microbiology laboratory within the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of microbiological testing techniques, aseptic practices, pathogen identification, and environmental monitoring.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and ISO 17025 standards.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Good sensory capabilities (smell and taste assessment).
• Willing to work in shifts if required.
